Axial Complex Extrusion of Stepped Jumper Bushings

First we solve the problem of axial extrusion of complex thin-walled parts such as step-shaped sleeves with a jumper by discontinuous velocity fields. The influence of tool geometry on the kinematics of plastic flow and power characteristics of the process under different conditions of friction the interfaces, the strain rate and the various degrees of deformation.
