Force Parameters and Form Changing of Blank at Plane Extrusion with Non Coaxial Arrangement of Punch and Die.
Part 2. Determination of Extrusion Force, Maximum Pressure on Die Wall and Heights of Obtained Walls with Consideration of Die Elastic Deformation

On base of complete system of equations of plastic flow theory solution of the problem of kinematic and stress states of a blank at extrusion of U-shaped brackets under conditions of plane strain state in a general case of non-coaxial arrangement of a punch and a die is presented.

Research of Process of Forming of Thin-Walled Axisymmetric Parts with Truncated Tapered Shape by Method of Expanding–Flanging

It is offered the method of expanding–flanging of conical blanks, realized in the device with extendable sectors and an elastic element and ensuring manufacturing thin-walled axisymmetric parts with truncated tapered shape. Formulae for determination of geometrical parameters of a blank have been obtained.

Raising Quality of Metal of Rings Made of Heat-Resistant Alloys at Forging with Use Combined Tool

There has been considered possibility of reduction of reduction ratio of VAR ingots by 3...7 folds at production of rings from heat-resistant alloys for aerospace industry while preserving high quality of metal rings. It has been established that use of combined tool (conical and flat dies) at upsetting of measured blanks allows essential reduction of barrel and considerable improvement quality of metal rings.
