Development of analytical method of slip bands in relation to the problems of flat plastic flow

Operational ratios of integrated transformation of Laplace–Carson, necessary for the analytical description are received by a method of slip bands in processes of a flat plastic flow of a deformable material, at approximation of free plastic borders by combinations of arches of circles and any smooth analytical function. The solution of a task on cave-in of a flat smooth wedge is provided to liquid-plastic half-plane with formation of flow with curvilinear free border.

Loss of stability of round billets from anisotropic materials during reduction

The article describes the loss of stability during reduction of tubular blanks made of anisotropic materials with the formation of axisymmetric with the appearance of the transverse circular waves or nonsymmetric with the formation of longitudinal waves directed along the forming shell. The influence of technological parameters, anisotropy of mechanical properties, geometric dimensions of the workpiece to the loss of stability are shown.

About stability loss of thin anisotropic billets during axisymmetric parts drawing

The results of experimental studies of folding anisotropic sheet blanks at drawing are shown. It is found that the results of experimental studies of folding anisotropic sheet blanks during drawing approve qualitative and quantitative theoretical data.

Rotary drawing of axisymmetric shells from anisotropic materials with separation of the deformation zone

The article reveals the peculiarities of plastic deformation at rotary drawing by using a three roller schemes with separate deformation of tube billets made of anisotropic materials due to local deformation zone and strain state of the material in the plastic region. Experimental regularities of the influence of technological parameters and geometry of the roller on the power mode of spinning are shown.

Improvement of manufacturing annular gas cylinders

The regularities of the metal flow, stress and strain state of the workpiece during forming shells for annular gas cylinders depending on the process parameters, the ratios of the geometric dimensions of billet and the workpiece on the basis of the developed mathematical model are established. Recommendations for the development of the core technology of steel shells using a forming ring blanks, which can be used as a basis for designing ring gas cylinders.

Influence of tool geometry in production of waveguide tubes by cold stamping

The results of research of influence of geometric parameters of the tool on the power characteristics of the process of reverse extrusion and limits deformation of the parts of waveguide are shown.
