Technological parameters hoods with wall thinning walled axisymmetric blanks of anisotropic materials,

The results of theoretical and experimental studies of stress and strain states of the blank, power modes and limits of drawing operation with wall thinning of thick anisotropic axisymmetric workpieces. The regularities of changes in the kinematics of the flow of material, the stress and strain state of the workpiece, the intensity inhomogeneity of deformation and mechanical properties of the part thickness, limiting possibilities of forming, depending on the rate of thinning, the cone angle of the matrix, the conditions of friction on the contact surface of the tool and the workpiece, the geometric dimensions of the workpiece and parts and anisotropy of the mechanical properties of the workpiece material on the basis of the developed mathematical model non-radial flow of anisotropic material in the conical channel under axisymmetric stress and strain states. Experimental work on the research power modes drawing operation with wall thinning of thick-walled rotationally symmetric steel parts «11ЮА». Comparison of theoretical and experimental data on power modes drawing with wall thinning indicates satisfactory their agreement (the difference does not exceed 10 %).

Influence of temperature conditions of functioning of the spiral of the inductor used for compression of tubular preparations

To the article research results are driven for the estimations of influence of diameter of inductor, thickness of the processed purveyance, frequency of bit current and geometry of spiral on the temperature terms of work of inductor. Frame-clamping good over is brought a "tube- flange".

Computer simulation of the combined operations of crimping, crimping with thinning and back extrusion walled round billets

In work on the basis of the finite element method computer simulations combining operations crimping, crimping with thinning and reverse extrusion thick-walled tube blanks based software package QFORM 2D-3D v. 7. The laws of the influence of process parameters and geometry of the working tool in the stress and strain state power modes, inhomogeneous distribution of medium voltage, the stress intensity and the degree of deformation in the thickness part when combining operations crimping, crimping with thinning and extruding thick-walled tube blanks. The experimental results of combining operations crimp crimping with thinning and reverse extrusion thick-walled tube blanks of steel 10.

Experimental investigations by stamping separating grids gabled areas on cylindrical workspace

Comparative results phased and final experimental studies by dividing grids of cold plastic forming processes of genital areas on conical cylindrical composite samples. Schematically obtained contour parameter distribution of stress and strain state in the plastic range, depending on the degree of compression and the cone angle. Installed approximating dependences can be used for further development of the methodology for calculating the number of forming operations and, accordingly, determine the size of intermediate semi-finished products with multifunction plastic forming conical pointed areas on the cylindrical rod blanks.

Pnevmoformovka elements cellular multilayer sheet construction square cross-section of anisotropic materials at creep

The mathematical model of isothermal operation pnevmoforming elements cellular multilayer sheet structures of square cross section of anisotropic materials in creep mode. The results of theoretical and experimental studies of isothermal operation pnevmoforming cellular elements multilayer sheet structures of an anisotropic material in creep mode. It is assumed that the process of forming is carried out in two steps: the shell and deforming the free constrained angular deformation in forming structural elements. The influence of the loading of the law, the geometric dimensions of the workpiece, the anisotropy of the mechanical properties of the raw material in the state of stress, power modes and limits of operations isothermal pnevmoforming sheet structures of square cross-section of the anisotropic high-strength materials in the mode of viscous flow of material associated with the accumulation of micro and local buckling criterion . The effect of planar anisotropy of mechanical properties in the geometric dimensions of the workpiece on the time of deformation and limits of forming. Comparison of theoretical and experimental data on the relative thickness of the workpiece in the dome and base points, and the relative height of the workpiece indicating their agreement satisfactory (10 %).

Active model experimental research forminggabled conical areas on the rod blanks

According to preliminary results of theoretical research analytical method of slip lines drawn deterministic model of punching conical pointed sections on stem cylindrical parts, which verified carrying out a statistical model experiment. In its implementation separately evaluated the effect of "floating" control and random factors.
