The deformation-force parameters and conditions for defect-free implementation of the combined process of reduction–mandrelling

The equations, necessary to account hardening and successful design of combined technological process of reduction–mandrelling are derived. Its high precision and reliability are confirmed by comparison of experimental data. Incorrectness of a set of known propositions about the laws of the combined process of reduction–mandrelling is shown. The results of analysis allow making a number of new insights that are useful for the successful design of a combined technological process of reduction–mandrelling.

Calculation of the bending of the tube with the deformable cross-section

Based on the conditions of equilibrium of a pipe element curved by the moment, the decrease of the height of its cross-sections, the width of which may increase or remain unchanged, is determined.

Calculation of the degree of deformation of the first drawing for production of hollow components from round billets

The kinematics of the first drawing process calculates. These results allow us to estimate the stress-strain state of the material, the accumulated strain. The proposed method can solve the problem by assessing the plastic state of metal to give an explanation of the experiments known features of the process.

Technological calculations of processes of shells forming

Results for the calculation of the ratio of the bending operations and pressure welding of shells on the basis of plasticity mechanics and creeping plasticity. We use the appropriate equation of state and balance. Ratio and allow to calculate the voltage flexural bending moment and strain, pressure, and duration of the welding operation. Presents the calculated results.

Thermal state peculiarities of short rolled bars in the machine-mill

Short plug bars used in the manufacture of seamless tubes in tube rolling aggregates with automatic mill work under severe pressure and temperature conditions. One of the main factors that determine the resistance of the bars is the level of temperature and its distribution by volume of a technological tool loop unrolling and external cooling in the pauses. The estimation of the thermal state of plug bar’s warming up during the deformation of the sleeves and further cooling is shown. Also the influence of technological factors of sleeve length and number of revolutions on heating of the tool is considered.

Increase in maintenance service efficiency of the industrial equipment on the analysis basis of the oil condition

Innovation sensor of wear and temperature of lubricants is developed and successfully passed performance tests. It is designed for monitoring of the temperature and the amount of wear particles in oil-filled units. The results of the study on the basis of the composition of the oil in the oil tank of the compressor are shown. The significant increase in the content of iron particles after exploitation is received which indicates about extra wear of the friction surfaces of the screw. The device allows to predict the wear of the aggregates, prevent breakage and execute necessary repair.
