Experience of application of domestic lubricant «Rosoil-MGP» manufacture technology on a continuous strip hot rolling mill broadband

In this article we will talk about the pilot-industrial tests of the domestic lubricant on a continuous broadband mill of 2000 hot rolling PJSC MMK, where until recently the material of foreign production was used. The results of the influence of the lubricant on the energy-force parameters of the rolling process are given, the existing shortcomings in the operation of the technological lubrication supply system are noted. The exponent of effort expended on the process of metal deformation is introduced, which includes two technological parameters that most fully reflect the energy-force parameters of the rolling process: the rolling force and the degree of deformation.
