Study of the stressed detail of the parts with isothermal free deformation in a square matrix of aluminum alloys treatments

Expressions are obtained that allow one to obtain an approach to estimating the stress state of products obtained in the process of isothermal free deformation in square-shaped matrices under short-term creep conditions. The results of studies of the change in stresses in the article with the passage of the deformation time are presented under different loading laws for the AMg6 alloy in the form of graphical dependencies. The obtained results can be used in the future as recommendations to the design of technologies based on free deformation of a square matrix of blanks from aluminum alloys.

Analytical description of fields slip lines in axisymmetric plastic flow tasks

Given the ratio corresponding to the condition of full plasticity, describes the rules for constructing the slip lines fields, adjacent to straight free boundary, analytically solved the problem of the indentation test of a cylindrical stamp in half-space.

Investigation of the coefficient of friction in fretting wear electrolytic nickel-phosphorus coatings

It is shown that when determining the coefficient of friction during fretting wear of electrolytic nickel-phosphoric coatings, it is necessary to take into account the joint influence of such factors as heat treatment, concentration of solid additives (SiC), contact pressure and shear amplitude.

Development and modeling of the process of cold forging of bolts with an enlarged semicircular head and a square head

The results of modeling of bolt punching technology with an enlarged semicircular and a square heads in the QForm software package are presented. The analysis of the simulation results is carried out, which allows to determine the energy-power parameters and the stress-strain state of the workpieces by transitions, in order to select equipment for stamping and optimal conditions for its adjustment.

Analysis of the field of stresses under deep extract of products of stainless steel with soft coating

An experimental verification of the distribution of radial and tangential stresses during deformation (deep drawing) of 12Kh18N10T stainless steel sheet with a copper coating was carried out. The graphic dependences of the stresses are determined by numerical integration of the expressions obtained by solving together the equilibrium equation of forces acting on the flange element in the radial direction and the plasticity condition of the anisotropic body. Depending on the relative displacement of the deformable workpiece edge, the change in radial and tangential stresses was determined.
