Investigation of the influence of sintering modes of hard alloys on tool serviceability during blade machining
Within the framework of this research, a hypothesis has been put forward (scientific assumption) that the temperature of maximum workability of an alloy is approximately equal to half of its sintering temperature. Verification of this hypothesis will make it possible to optimise machining modes and expand the understanding of the thermal behaviour of alloys, which is essential for improving cutting efficiency and tool life. The aim of the work is to investigate the thermal behaviour of alloys, the influence of sintering temperature on the performance of the alloy in blade machining. The relationship between the influence of the sintering temperature of tool hard alloys and the temperature of maximum workability of the alloy at blade machining has been established. The conducted research has shown that the temperature of maximum workability of the alloy is reliably equal to half of its sintering temperature.

Composite materials with a metal matrix and reinforcing carbon particles in the form of nanodiamonds
Currently, a wide variety of composite materials are used in engineering. Of particular interest are composite materials with a metal matrix and carbon reinforcing particles, including nanosized particles such as nanodiamonds and fullerenes. Nanodiamond particles range in size from 4–6 nm, sometimes reaching up to 10 nm, but they are combined into agglomerates, which are quite strong at sizes up to 100 µm, and can aggregate to sizes of 300–800 µm (the strength of larger agglomerates is not significant). The presence of nanodiamond agglomerates in metal will reduce the strength of the material, so it is necessary to break up the nanodiamond agglomerates in metals. Mechanical alloying is an effective method for breaking up the agglomerates.
Keywords: composite materials; mechanical alloying; nanodiamonds; niobium; chromium.

MEthod of dos-type attacks and command fraud detection in robotics systems based on network traffic analysis in the ROS environment
The article is devoted to the development and experimental verification of a method for detecting cyberattacks in robotic systems operating in the Robot Operating System (ROS) environment. Special attention is paid to the analysis of communication channel vulnerabilities and the development of a lightweight network traffic monitoring system for detecting denial-of-service (DoS) attacks and command fraud. The proposed intrusion detection system is based on the analysis of anomalies in the frequency of messages (threshold 50 Hz) and the data structure using CRC32 hashing. Experiments conducted on the Gazebo simulator with the TurtleBot3 Waffle robot confirm the high efficiency of the solution: the detection accuracy of DoS attacks is 98,5 %, and the detection of command forgery is 95 % with a processing delay of ≤ 10 ms and a computational load of ≤ 10 % CPU. The system does not require complex cryptography and can be easily integrated into resource-constrained robots (e. g., TurtleBot3 on Raspberry Pi), making it suitable for protecting commercial robotic platforms and related industrial applications. The study demonstrates that analyzing network traffic in ROS can provide reliable protection without modifying existing architectures, which is particularly important for robotic systems with limited computational resources.

Development of AI-based adaptive inter-vehicular communication networks for autonomous vehicles
The article addresses the performance degradation of static inter-vehicular communication protocols under high density and mobility of autonomous traffic and aims to develop and empirically validate an adaptive AI V2X architecture based on deep reinforcement learning and federated learning to ensure reliable, low-latency connectivity in cooperative driving scenarios; the study formalises radio resource management as a Markov decision process (MDP) in which an on-board agent controls transmit power, modulation and coding schemes (MCS), and bandwidth allocation across traffic classes, while the methodology relies on NS-3 and SUMO co-simulation with a congested urban intersection and a highway model, KPI evaluation (PDR, end-to-end latency, throughput), a mixed URLLC/eMBB traffic test, and analysis of FL convergence and communication overheads; results show that at 500 vehicles/km2 AI V2X achieves a PDR of 98,71 % with 38,23 ms latency and 16,91 Mbit/s throughput versus 75,41 % and 83,25 ms for C-V2X Mode 4 and 59,18 % and 155,60 ms for DSRC; as speed increases from 30 to 120 km/h, the PDR drop for AI V2X does not exceed 1 %, compared with over 10 % for C-V2X and 16 % for DSRC; under mixed traffic it provides URLLC PDR of 99,97 % and 15,72 ms latency while maintaining eMBB throughput of 4,81 Mbit/s; federated learning exhibits a quality plateau around the 100th round with update sizes on the order of 256.7 kB per vehicle per round, confirming network efficiency and privacy; the discussion attributes the superiority to a learned policy of proactive power back-off, selection of robust MCS, and opportunistic multiplexing, underscores the approach’s scalability and feasibility, and notes limitations of the simulation design, domain specificity, and unaddressed aspects of cybersecurity and energy efficiency; the conclusions argue for a shift from deterministic protocols to self-learning adaptive networks as a precondition for safe and efficient cooperative autonomous driving.

Integration of distributed cloud computing and modular information systems to improve the efficiency of industrial production management
The study substantiates the integration of distributed cloud computing with modular information systems of the MES and ERP classes to achieve a radical improvement in the efficiency of industrial production management within the Industry 4.0 paradigm amid infrastructural and personnel constraints, as well as heightened demands for operational flexibility and cyber-resilience; the aim is to develop and verify a hybrid edge–fog–cloud architecture that forms a unified adaptive loop of planning and dispatching from the shop-floor level to strategic decision-making. Methodologically, the work relies on an interdisciplinary review of 70 sources with 15 key publications identified, the development of a theoretical model of ERP–MES–APCS information flows, and simulation modeling of a discrete manufacturing enterprise in two scenarios: isolated systems and full-featured integration with distributed processing; evaluation employed operational metrics (OEE and its components, production cycle time), economic indicators (TCO, ROI, cost structure), and technical–network characteristics (latency, bandwidth utilization). The results show a substantial increase in OEE from 72,36 to 88,63 %, a 16,41 % reduction in cycle time, and a 72,03 % decrease in scrap rate due to the transition from reactive to predictive maintenance, dynamic job reallocation, and embedded edge quality control; the technological basis of the effect is a decrease in average latency to < 5,3 ms (versus 185,5 ms in a centralized cloud), a reduction of cloud traffic to 12,6 %, increased fault tolerance, and data localization. Economically, the integration is accompanied by a 34,74 % increase in TCO over a three-year horizon, but this is offset by an 18,45 % reduction in production costs, a 14.68% reduction in logistics costs, a 21,33 % reduction in quality management costs, and additional revenue of 94,57 million rubles, yielding an ROI of 248,71 %; the discussion establishes the causal chain «technical advantages → operational efficiency → financial result».

IIS as a new composite measure of innovativeness: extending traditional GDP models
This paper presents the development and empirical validation of the Index of Innovative Sustainability (IIS) as a composite indicator for assessing countries' economic potential in the face of contemporary global challenges. The study is based on an analysis of panel data for 30 countries over the period 1977–2024, encompassing advanced economies (G7), newly industrialized economies and developing countries. Econometric analysis using panel regression with fixed effects reveals a statistically significant positive relationship between the IIS and economic growth rates. It is shown that a 0,1-point increase in the index is associated with a 0.28 percentage-point rise in annual GDP growth. Granger causality tests confirm that the IIS Granger-causes economic growth rather than being its consequence. Comprehensive robustness checks – including alternative model specifications, application of the generalized method of moments (GMM), exclusion of outlier countries, and temporal decomposition of the sample – support the stability of the main findings. In all alternative specifications, the positive and statistically significant link between innovative sustainability and economic growth is preserved.

Personality traits of young people as a factor in attitudes toward pension reform
Pension reforms in various countries are a pressing need in the modern world. The success of these reforms depends on many factors, including public attitudes. Young people's attitudes toward pension reform significantly influence their perceptions of their future retirement. Relationships were identified between the personality traits of young people and their attitudes toward the 2019–2024 pension reform. The level of young people's attitudes toward changing the retirement age was also determined. An analysis of personality traits and locus of control revealed factors that influence negative and indifferent attitudes. These factors included a high level of external locus of control and a low level of internal locus of control. Two factors that contribute to a positive attitude toward changing the retirement age were also identified: variables reflecting locus of control (internality and externality), personality traits (neuroticism and openness to experience), and the personality trait "agreeableness." The study confirms hypotheses about the factors influencing young people's attitudes toward changes in the retirement age. It will also help shape young people's positive attitudes toward changes in the retirement age, taking into account the development of the identified personality characteristics.

Industry and corporate practices for career guidance for schoolchildren: effective models of interaction between regional industry and educational institutions
This article examines the results of a comprehensive study aimed at identifying mechanisms for incorporating regional specifics into the system of technological education for schoolchildren, including in supplementary education programs for children in the natural sciences and technology. Based on an analysis of cases from various constituent entities of the Russian Federation, it is shown that regional economic characteristics, employment structure, and investment policy directly influence the content and organization of educational programs. Particular attention is paid to the interactions between educational organizations and employers, colleges, and universities in the context of developing ecosystems for students' professional self-determination. It has been established that in most regions, general and supplementary education institutions are the initiators of integrating the regional component, while the participation of industrial partners remains fragmented. At the same time, the development of an effective regional HR policy is directly linked to the transition from local practices to sustainable models of networked interaction between education and employers, which can ensure the continuity of students' educational and career trajectories.

Comprehensive approach to human capital development through mechanisms of long-term investment and social support for the population
The article examines the interrelationship between long-term investments in human capital development and social support mechanisms, demonstrating that maximum returns are achieved through their synergy rather than by increasing expenditures in isolated areas. The aim is to empirically test the hypothesis that combining targeted investments in education, healthcare, and R&D with a developed social protection system enhances innovation potential, raises productivity, and reduces inequality, thereby fostering sustainable growth. The research stages include data collection and harmonization, construction of analytical tables, correlation and comparative analysis with attention to nonlinearities and outliers (for example, the United States’ high medical spending alongside a relatively lower level of human capital, or high index values with moderate spending in Japan and the Republic of Korea); the results show a stable positive relationship between investments in education and healthcare and the Human Capital Index, the complementarity of high R&D and social guarantees for innovation leadership, as well as an inverse correlation between the scale of social protection and inequality and a direct association with a high Human Development Index; the discussion proposes the policy concept of a «golden triangle»: «future capital» (education and R&D), «present capital» (healthcare), and «capital sustainability» (social protection), where underinvestment in any vertex reduces overall effectiveness.
Keywords: human capital; social investments; social protection; R&D; Human Development Index.

Scenario modeling of the transformation of the labor market in Krasnoyarsk Krai under the influence of ESG standard requirements and the downsizing of carbon-intensive sectors of the economy
The study aims to provide a quantitative assessment of the transformation of the labor market in Krasnoyarsk Krai under the influence of ESG standard requirements and the contraction of carbon-intensive sectors, taking into account the high concentration of employment and earnings in non-ferrous metallurgy, coal mining, thermal power generation, and related activities; the initial imbalances are corroborated by current indicators: a labor force of about 1,42 million people amid low unemployment of 1,3 % and a high share of registered unemployed with higher and secondary vocational education, pointing to a growing structural skills mismatch. The aim of the study is to develop and compare scenarios through 2035 to assess the scale of displacement, the potential for «green» jobs, and the need for reskilling. The methodology includes scenario modeling along three trajectories (inertial, target, stress), a decomposition of employment across carbon-intensive industries, calculation of the net jobs balance, and the investment requirement for retraining based on official statistics, strategic documents, and corporate ESG programs. Practical recommendations include establishing a regional just transition fund, proactive retraining programs aligned with the demands of the «green» economy, and special measures for single-industry towns; retraining expenditures are construed as strategic investments that minimize social shock and support competitiveness.

Integration of fundamental mathematical training and practice-oriented modules in continuing education to develop cross-cutting engineering competencies in high-technology industries
The study aims to empirically test the effectiveness of integrating fundamental mathematical training with practice-oriented project modules in continuing professional education programs for engineers in high-technology sectors, given the deficit of cross-cutting competencies and the need to accelerate technological sovereignty. The objective is to compare a traditional sequential model with an integrated PBL/STEM-based model in terms of developing systems thinking, innovative design, and interdisciplinary communication, as well as the impact on companies’ business metrics. The methodology adopts a competency-based approach and an adaptation of the Kirkpatrick model (Levels 1–4), analysis of more than 45 sources, expert evaluation of capstone projects from two cohorts of graduates (150 each), correlation analysis across 12 programs with varying shares of project work, and assessment of KPIs in 10 companies before and after training, using descriptive statistics and econometric modeling. The results demonstrate statistically significant outperformance of the integrated model: mean scores for systems thinking 8,47 vs 5,83, for innovative design 7,91 vs 4,92, and for communication 8,82 vs 6,15, with lower variance in scores; a strong positive association was recorded between the share of project work and mathematical proficiency (final scores increase as the share of practice rises to 65,7 %). At the business level, improvements were observed: Time-to-Market reduced by 18,56 %, the number of improvement proposals increased by 75,22 %, and internal customer satisfaction rose by 23,07 %, indicating a multiplicative effect from developing cross-cutting competencies. The findings confirm that the integration of theory and practice does not diminish but deepens fundamental preparation, converting into operational efficiency; recommended actions include redesigning curricula around project tasks, updating corporate terms of reference for training, and establishing mechanisms of state support for scaling, amid limitations in the standardization of assessment and the need for longitudinal studies and digital simulators.
