The need to ensure the formation of an optimal policy for the spatial-industrial development of the country

In the modern political and economic discourse, the issues of territorial integrity of our country have been considered for quite a long time through the prism of a «parade of sovereignties» and the principle of very free self-determination. Formally, changes in this policy occur at the turn of the 20th and 21st centuries with the arrival of V.V. Putin. However, the actual absence of a clear spatial policy has led to the formation of extreme unevenness of spatial development, in which most of the country's territories are below the average level, which is proven by our calculations based on open statistical data. Accordingly, the objective of our work is to identify the main opportunities and tools, as well as to develop an approach to the formation of an ideological concept that allows for an effective spatial policy as an asymmetric response to the ideology of Trumpism, which claims global dominance, but is aimed at the most effective exploitation of not so much external as internal resources. As a result of the study, the authors constructed a conceptual model combining the value basis of the developed spatial policy aimed at the efficient use of regional resources, with the tools that allow for such development.

Characteristic of a multi-input cyclone as a control object of a closed air purification system for a three-dimensional printing site

The article considers an approach to building a simulation model of a multi-input cyclone as an object of regulation. A model with multiple inputs and one output is proposed. The non-linearity of regulating the performance of a multi-inlet cyclone depending on the diameter of the inputs and the air injection rate is shown. Accordingly, a dialectical contradiction has been established that requires further resolution – non-linearity, according to the Pontryagin maximum principle, is necessary to build optimal performance management, but, on the other hand, limits the possibility of applying the superposition principle for further analysis. Mathematical models of valve actuators and a pressure pump are obtained and their relationship is described in terms of linear object control theory. The prospects of constructing closed-loop control systems for air purification of the working area of a three-dimensional printing site using the concentration of volatile organic compounds as an adjustable parameter are considered. Based on the results obtained, a list of tasks for further research has been developed.
