Development of lead stamping for weight reduction of the metal liner of high-pressure cylinders with combined composite shell

Actual problems of a shaping of thin details of a spherical form and with thickness decreasing to the periphery by means of a stamping method lead are presented in article. Data on design data of preparation and a matrix for stamping are provided by lead. Possibility of a shaping of hemispherical covers for one pass from steels and titanic alloys is experimentally proved.
