The study of combined extrusion of tumblers with the co-bottom part.
Part 3. Mechanical and mathematical analysis of the first three variants of the process

Using the general methods of A. L. Vorontsov, a mechanical and mathematical study of the first three variants of the process of combined extrusion of tumblers with a conical bottom is carried out. All necessary design schemes are presented. Calculation is obtained that allow one to determine the deformation forces and the values of the plastic deformation regions for each possible variant of the plastic flow of the workpiece metal. These formulas also allow you to determine which version of the deformation will occur in a particular case, and are necessary for the successful design of this operation.

Natural conditions of the limiting state of materials according to the hypothesis of A. F. Lipatov

The natural conditions of the limiting state of materials are proposed according to the Lipatov hypothesis, based on the dependence of the destructive factors: normal and shear stresses on the values of the individual components of the specific potential strain energy, taking into account the strength characteristics: tear and shear resistance.

Calculation of temperature fields and stresses in strikers upon receipt of copper sheets in a continuous casting and deformation plant

The stress state of the striker system is determined — the strip upon receipt of sheets of copper at the installation of the combined process of continuous casting and deformation. The results of determining the stresses in the center of cyclic deformation and in strikers from the compression force using the ANSYS package are presented. The regularities of the distribution of temperatures, thermoelastic and total stresses in the strikers from the compression force and temperature load are determined.

Multipost industrial magnetic impulse installations

The article is devoted to the creation of multipoint magnetic-pulse installations, allowing, using a single block of energy storage and several controlled blocks of discharge circuits, to carry out various technical processes without changing the technological equipment, i. e. to produce various parts, or to perform the required transitions in a single technological chain of manufacture of this part on one multi-post installation.
A functional diagram of a post installation is given. Its design and operation are described. The developed multipoint magnetic-pulse installations are manufactured, tested and transferred for industrial use at Russian enterprises. In the conclusion, examples of the received parts and implemented technologies at multipoint installations of various energy intensity are given.

Research of the work profile influence of the cam on the durability of the detail-patron system of a lathe machine

The shape of the cam working surface and the degree of its contact with the workpiece surface affects the overall strength of the fixture-part system. The relevance of the work lies in the fact that existing methods for calculating the workpiece clamping forces do not take into account the actual parameters of the cam working surface profile. The study of the actual safety margin parameters and the displacements in the «fist-workpiece» contact was carried out in the APM FEM strength analysis system for the KOMPAS-3D program. Practical significance lies in the development of recommendations for the appointment of optimal parameters of the working surfaces of the cams of a lathe for specific conditions of processing of workpieces.
