The study of combined extrusion of tumblers with the co-bottom part.
Part 14. Methodology for calculating technological parameters of free extrusion at initial deformation by direct extrusion

The method of calculating the energy-force and deformation parameters of the process of free extrusion of nozzles with direct extrusion of the workpiece is described. Extrusion of both non-hardening and hardening materials is considered. In the latter case, the account of the hardening of the extruded material is described in detail. The above formulas make it possible to determine such important parameters of the stamping process as total and specific deforming force, maximum pressure on the die wall, and increase in yield stress.
Keywords: forging; tumblers with the co-bottom part; combined extrusion; stresses; deformations.

Experience in the production of rectangular strips of high-speed steel

The technology of forging rectangular strips of high-speed steel of electroslag remelting R6M5 on a free forging hammer with a mass of falling parts of 5 tons was developed and tested. As a result of the work performed, samples were obtained that meet the requirements of GOST 19265-7. The developed technology for the production of forgings from the specified material can be successfully used in the future in the production of low-tonnage batches of rectangular strips.
Keywords: high-speed steel; forging; rectangular strip; metal cutting tool.

Determination of the parameters of the target heterogeneous medium during centrifugal-arc dispersion of hard alloys

The ballistic parameters of the trajectory of particles of high-density alloys when moving in a gas medium, accompanied by a phase transition of the material of the particles, are considered. A technique has been developed for determining the parameters of the target depending on the physical and mechanical characteristics of the materials of the captured particles and target layers. The possibility of maintaining the spheroidal shape of particles during the electric arc dispersion of high-density alloys has been determined.
Keywords: dispersion; hard alloys; crystallization; ballistics; penetration.

Structural design of the pneumatic starter system for starting modern internal combustion engines

The paper uses the method of analytical study of the properties of the pneumatic starter system for starting the engine under different climatic conditions on the basis of experimental studies. For the possibility of using a pneumatic starter system for starting the engine in a wide range of temperatures (climatic conditions), the most promising system has been developed. This starter system can be implemented on an experimental engine. The information value of the presented material in connection with the increasing development of the Northern and cold regions of the planet is quite high.
Keywords: pneumatic starter; electric starter; engine; pneumatic cylinder; compressor.

Maintenance of Airbus A320 family after difficult operating conditions

The relevance of the article is related to the climatic conditions in the South of Russia in the Stavropol region and the Rostov region. Due to the elements, all flights were canceled and delayed on September 30, 2020. The article discusses the process and procedure for aircraft maintenance in a sand and dust storm. The article describes a step-by-step inspection of all elements and systems of the aircraft, as well as the elimination of the consequences of pollution. The purpose of the article is to show how much human, time and economic resources are required to put the aircraft back into operation.
Keywords: inspection; pollution; inspection.

Forecasting prices of assets of industrial enterprises using ADL models

As part of the study, a multifactor model for predicting the value of the S&P 500 was developed. This model is a linear prediction model and built on the basis of linear regression. This model was configured and successfully passed all the tests for adequacy. The paper presents detailed recommendations on the use of the model, so that this model can be used as a trading system to work with real exchange data. The paper deals with an example of building an ADL model, which is predicting the value of the S&P 500. The quality and adequacy of the obtained model is assessed. The relevance of the study is that without a clear forecast of the value of the asset it is difficult to accept investment decisions; A qualitative forecast of the future value of the asset makes it possible to build investment systems that allow you to receive a steadily high income. The main novelty of this work is to use the trajectories of external factor variables, which is a powerful means for improving the quality of models.
Keywords: ADL model; forecasting; S&P 500; factor analysis; regression models.

The potential of an image-based approach in attracting industrial personnel

The article is devoted to the problem of the image of civil servants from the perspective of attracting personnel to the civil service. The hypotheses were tested that the combination of various types of motivation as well as the level of prestige would improve the image of the state civil service as an employer. We assume that PSM is not always the main driving force when choosing a job in government agencies, that other types of motivation are also important. The current model of attracting personnel to the state civil service in the Russian Federation was developed without taking into account the image-oriented approach and is not effective enough. The first part of the study was conducted in the form of a survey (questionnaire). Sample: 400 officials of various positions with at least one year of experience in government agencies. Six types of civil servants were identified, each of which corresponds to a certain type of motivation and level of prestige. In the second part of the study, an assessment of the existing best personnel practices for attracting personnel to the civil service was carried out. The primary set of the best personnel practices was compiled based on the results of processing the data bank of the competition of the Ministry of Labor of the Russian Federation "Best personnel practices in the state civil and municipal service" for 2015 - 2019. The results obtained will be useful for organizing personnel work to attract young personnel to the civil service, developing programs for motivating civil servants and developing measures to maintain their positive image.
Keywords: attracting personnel to civil service; employee motivation; personnel management; image.
