The study of combined extrusion of tumblers with the co-bottom part.
Part 15. Methodology for calculating technological parameters of restrained extrusion at initial deformation by direct extrusion

The method of calculating the energy-force and deformation parameters of the process of restrained extrusion of nozzles with direct extrusion of the workpiece is described. Extrusion of both non-hardening and hardening materials is considered. In the latter case, the account of the hardening of the extruded material is described in detail. The above formulas make it possible to determine such important parameters of the stamping process as total and specific deforming force, maximum pressure on the die wall, and increase in yield stress.

Analysis of kinematics of a double action press based on transfer functions in Matlab

A mathematical model of the kinematics of the drive of the external slider of a double-acting mechanical press has been developed. The transfer functions of the external slider drive mechanism are found. Matlab has developed a program for determining the displacements, speeds and accelerations of the press drive links.

Investigation and optimization of electromagnetic adhesion parameters of winding device using numerical simulation.
Part 1. calculation and investigation of electromagnetic clutch coil using EMS Works program.

The article presents the procedure for calculating the parameters of the coil and the study of electromagnetic adhesion of the winding device, in which it is included. The work was done using the numerical simulation method using the EMS Works program. The results of the studies served as the basis for the design of the electromagnetic clutch unit of the winding device.

Part 2. Сalculation and investigation of electromagnetic clutch coil using SolidSimulation

Research work has carried out research in the field of optimizing the design of the mating part of the electromagnetic coupling of the winding device, the assembly unit «Movable unit». Topological research was carried out using the SolidSimulation program. The result of the topological study was a 38% reduction in the mass of the «Pressure Flange» part of the «Movable Unit» assembly.

Creation of 3D-prototypes to improve the efficiency of production activities of machine-building enterprises

The paper proposes the introduction of 3D-prototyping to improve the efficiency of the production activity of an enterprise in the automotive industry, namely, the expansion of production in the field of engineering and the production of 3D-prototypes. This in general can increase the profitability of production activities, since the production of 3D-prototypes for individual orders is much more profitable than mass production.
