Development of technology for the production of parts of increased strength and tightness from 1570r alloy for pneumatic and hydraulic equipment of advanced aircraft and rocket engines

The technology for the production of volumetric blanks of pneumatic-hydraulic equipment parts for advanced aircraft and rocket engines has been researched and developed. The study of shaping during stamping of workpieces made of 1570P alloy (Al-Mg-Sc system), structure and properties of the workpiece material was carried out. Strength characteristics are shown. The high-strength state is achieved through the use of the technology of plastic structure formation and stamping under superplasticity conditions.

Construction and analysis of models for predictions of flow limits of pipe steel after thermal treatment using methods of machine learning

The article presents the results of a study on modeling the yield points of steels after heat treatment. A sample of tubular steels of different grades was collected after «improvement» heat treatment, an analysis of the distribution of the target characteristics in the studied samples was carried out. The categories of significant characteristics that determine the flow limit were selected, and artificial characteristics were added based on the adapted Hollomon-Jaffe parameter. and a given feature space for building models, taking into account the experience of previous works, new expert evaluations. For the analysis, a visualization of a group of points of different assortment on the given feature space was provided. The development model, calculation and the resulting analysis made it possible to quantitatively estimate the reduction of the dispersion of parameters in empirical models when using the DBSCAN clustering method and the TSNE dimensionality reduction algorithm, which, in turn, allowed to reveal the merits and demerits of the methods of modeling the yield strength in tubular steels after heat treatment improvement During the study, a new method of modeling the yield strength of tubular steels was proposed based on a combination of empirical models and modern machine learning methods, where a model based on gradient boosting over decision trees (LightGBM) was used as the main model classification. The method makes it possible to obtain high interpretability of modeling results along with satisfactory prediction accuracy according to the given metric and demonstrates a high convergence of predicted values of flow limits with test ones, however, it has limitations for application.

The paper considers various aspects of joint consumption in the industrial sector of the economy, and also reveals the constraining and stimulating factors of participation of Russian enterprises in joint consumption based on domestic and international experience.

The conclusion is formulated that the pandemic had an impact on the development of this market and its optimization requires a thorough analysis of this impact.

Methods of attracting clients as a basis for business development in the banking sector

Every modern organization needs to attract customers who provide it with sales and, accordingly, stable profits. It is a stable client flow in the organization that is the key to business development in any sector of the economy. Banks are no exception. Currently, there are many methods for attracting customers to banks, each of which is suitable for a particular banking product. This article is aimed at presenting the author's methodology for attracting new bank customers in the category of highly wealthy ones and the impact of this methodology on the development of the banking business as a whole. The parameters of the qualitative and quantitative development of banks, which will be facilitated by the proposed methodology, are given. Options for generating sales, influx of new customers to the bank are presented.

Ways to ensure the profitability of the pyrolysis method in the practice of processing polygonal waste

The article is devoted to the analysis of ways to ensure the profitability of the pyrolysis method in the processing of polygonal, solid household and municipal waste. In the course of the work, the author emphasizes the high prospects for the use of pyrolysis plants in certain areas of industry - in woodworking, as elements of the processing of carbon compounds, industrial waste disposal systems. It is revealed that the use of the pyrolysis method in the processing of landfill waste is inefficient due to factors of low profitability, consisting of the need for high initial investments, the non-competitiveness of products, the inefficiency of creating integrated self-sufficiency systems, and others. As a result of the analysis, the main ways to ensure the profitability of the pyrolysis method are formed.
