A modern approach to constructing an algorithm for the initial exhibition of platform-class inertial navigation systems

The article considers an approach to constructing an algorithm for the initial exhibition of platform-class or free-form inertial navigation systems on a mobile basis based on the use of statistical multifactor optimization methods. The algorithm is constructed using the example of a uniaxial platform. The considered approach makes it possible to accelerate the process of the initial exhibition of inertial systems by implementing it in one stage, combining the stages of leveling and gyrocompassing.
Keywords: inertial navigation system; initial exhibition; optimization; horizontal positioning; gyrocompassing.

SOLID Development Principles

The work uses general scientific research methods. This article discusses the principles of SOLID object-oriented design. First, we will talk about studying the causes of their occurrence and why it is necessary to take them into account when developing software. Then each principle will be outlined along with some sample code.
Keywords: SOLID; code; class; development; principles.

Distributed monolith in the implementation of application logic

The work uses general scientific research methods. The article describes the possibilities and problems associated with the use of a distributed monolith. Contraindications for the use of microservices and distributed monolith are explained and the conditions under which the use will be appropriate are shown. An algorithm for the use of microservices in general, using a distributed monolith, is also given.
Keywords: distributed monolith; microservices; application.

Nanotechnological features of physico-chemical parameters of emulsifiers for obtaining a creamy vegetable spread

Emulsion food products occupy a significant share in the modern structure of nutrition. The study of the properties of emulsifiers and their influence on the characteristics of food emulsions, the development of technological solutions for the selection of emulsifiers and their mixtures for various products is an urgent area of scientific research. The choice of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids and lecithins obtained by different methods as objects of research is due to the fact that these types of emulsifiers have proven to be effective in the production of milk-fat emulsion products, including spreads with different fat mass fraction (from 38 to 81%). The melting temperature of the emulsifiers was determined by a method based on fixing the temperature of the rise of the emulsifier melt in a capillary open at both ends. The fatty acid composition was determined by obtaining chromatograms of methyl esters of fatty acids. In a series of preliminary experiments, qualitative and quantitative selection of the emulsifying composition was carried out. A mixture of fatty acid monoglycerides with lecithin (E471/E322) was used as an emulsifier.
Keywords: emulsifier; spreads; surfactants; iodine number; triglycerides; lecithin; fatty acid composition.

The impact of the 2022 sanctions on Influence Marketing in Russia

The beginning of a special operation by the Russian Federation on the territory of Ukraine on February 24, 2022 led to the introduction of new economic sanctions from Western countries, but this time the private sector also reacted to the actions of the Russian leadership. To leave or stay on the Russian market is a difficult decision that has been presented to international companies that are already used to discussing non–economic problems and speaking out against social injustice. As of April 15, 2022 more than 300 enterprises and organizations have suspended or restricted their activities on the Russian market; some have announced a complete exit. The management of companies explains their decisions mainly for economic and moral and ethical reasons. However, it would be wrong to consider these reasons in this case, since decisions that contradict the values of consumers can and often lead to reputational losses of enterprises that have economic consequences. In this regard, it is worth noting that explanations on international and Russian websites of companies may differ.
Keywords: influence; sanctions; marketing; Russia; sanctions policy.

Analysis of the foreign practice of applying the institute of conflict of interest: from theory to practice

In order to enrich domestic legislation with positive practices for preventing and resolving conflicts of interests of civil servants, it is important to study foreign experience in the legal regulation of these issues. Particular emphasis should be placed on mechanisms to ensure the superiority of the interests of the service over the private interests of civil servants operating as part of the public service systems of several of the most developed countries. No less useful for achieving the goals of this study is the analysis of international documents and recommendations of international organizations in the field of conflict-of-interest management in the public service, since this allows us to form an idea of the standards of legal regulation of these aspects of corruption prevention, which are recognized by the international community and are used to develop provisions of national legislation on these issues.
Keywords: conflict of interest; institute; practice; foreign experience; civil servant; prevention of corruption.

Analysis and evaluation of the Russian and foreign practice of applying the institute of conflict of interests

The article examines the Russian and foreign practice of applying the institution of conflict of interest, examines the content of this concept, a number of aspects of its regulation, legal ways to prevent such conflicts. The main source of conflicts is the interaction between the public sector and the market, especially in the context of public procurement, public-private partnerships, lobbying, the transition of public servants to the private sector and vice versa. Conflict of interest management is the ability to regulate and implement this interaction in such a way as to ensure respect and ethical realization of individual freedoms, while not forgetting the state interest, which is often called the «common good». The article highlights the conceptual and regulatory problems of interaction between the public and private sectors of society. These problems under the conditional name «conflict of interests» are complex and very situational, largely depend on the circumstances of a particular case. Conclusions are drawn regarding promising areas of comparative legal research in this area.
Keywords: conflict of interest; institute; practice; foreign experience.
