Development of a method for operational control of plastic deformations of the tank wall and evaluation of its residual life

A method of operational control of the residual resource of the reservoir is proposed. The measurement of deformations of the tank wall, assessment of plastic deformations is used as a tool. To determine the deformation, it is proposed to use a light guide mounted on the wall, with which the change in the curvature of the wall is measured. A prototype of the device containing a light guide and the necessary electronics has been developed, the dependence of the device readings on the curvature of the light guide has been experimentally determined. The tank was modeled in a computer simulation program in order to compare the integral of relative deformation in the height of the tank with the readings of the device. An algorithm for processing measurements of the device readings and estimating the residual resource of the tank is proposed.
Keywords: reservoir; residual resource; elastic deformations; plastic deformations; light guide; experimental studies; computer modeling.

Analysis of fatigue strength, aircraft parts under dynamic loads

Parts and structural elements of aircraft (shafts, gears, axles, levers, discs, bushings, etc.) operate under conditions of variable cyclic loads, and the stresses arising in them during operation are variable in time in magnitude and (or) sign. One of the main types of operational failures of parts of aircraft mechanisms are fatigue failures. Therefore, the task is to determine the margin factor for destruction. The influence of stress concentrators, the scale factor and the state of the surface layers of parts on the value of the margin of failure is considered. A graphical interpretation of the determination of the margin coefficients for fracture and fluidity is presented.
Keywords: aircraft; fracture and fluidity margin coefficient; stress concentrators; condition.

Transformation of international cargo traffic of Russian industrial enterprises under sanctions

The ongoing transformations in the Russian economy are associated with the complication of the geopolitical situation in the world, sanctions pressure on the Russian economy, as well as the aggravation of relations with most European countries as a result of the conflict in Ukraine. This situation has actually completely changed the logistics route network of the functioning of the Russian industry, reorienting it to the Asia-East direction. At the same time, the sanctions imposed on the Russian economy have eliminated its premium European markets, as a result of which industrial companies are forced to diversify their own production and reconfigure cargo flows to other parts of the world. The difficulty here is primarily due to the fact that it was necessary to redistribute the international cargo flows of industrial enterprises through new logistics networks. To do this, new land and sea channels are used, as well as the directions of rail transportation connecting such major partners as Russia and China are being transformed. In this regard, it is of interest to study the process of restructuring international cargo flows of industrial enterprises under sanctions, as well as to search for alternative sources of their formation. The article presents the main directions of transformation of cargo flows of the industry of the Russian Federation in the world market, which take place under the conditions of sanctions, the main alternative possibilities for their change in the future are given.
Keywords: logistics channels; industry; sanctions; cargo flows; alternative markets; production diversification.

Corporate innovation strategy of digital transformation of industrial companies

The development of an innovative strategy in the context of digital transformation is currently becoming one of the key factors in the formation of competitive advantages of industrial companies. This implies the need to adapt the talent management system, funding mechanisms and other structural elements in accordance with the chosen digital strategy. At the same time, business leaders face a number of obstacles, including lack of funds, lack of vision, insufficient leadership skills and a low level of digital culture. In this paper, based on the study of the features of the development of an innovation strategy and the analysis of the dynamics of digital transformation of companies from different countries, recommendations for the formation of a digital transformation strategy of industrial companies are proposed.
Keywords: digitalization; digital transformation; digital technologies; strategies; industrial companies.

Consumer society in the socio-cultural aspect

The work is based on a culturological approach to the analysis of consumer society, which involves considering any sphere of social and mental life of a person through the prism of system-forming cultural concepts. In this sense, the phenomenon of consumer society includes certain value characteristics of consciousness and human activity as a subject of culture. The culturological approach to consumption is quite specific and is based on the axioms of the presence of a cultural context in any consumer processes, the presence in consumer goods of a certain cultural significance, set not by production processes, but by the system of advertising, fashion and, in general, mass culture.
Keywords: socioculture; consumer society; research; economics.

«Skills of the future» and their practical interpretation in the context of modern educational realities

The article is devoted to the study of the issues of practical interpretation of «skills of the future» in the conditions of modern educational realities. The author substantiates the relevance and practical significance of the research topic in the context of the prospects for social demand for specialists in the industrial and production sector. Skills are considered, the formation and development of which is necessary to meet this request, the model of «skills of the future» is specified, a practical framework is proposed to ensure the necessary (desired) educational result of its implementation.
Keywords: future skills; educational realities; technical education; evidence-based approach.

Ensuring fire safety of capital construction objects

In this article, the author identified and considered the most pressing issues of capital construction related to the fire safety of the designed facilities. The regulatory and legislative framework regulating the design work preceding the construction of capital facilities has been analyzed in detail, its weak points have been identified, and a list of documents of voluntary, mandatory application has been identified.
Keywords: fire safety; construction industry; capital construction projects; fire protection; fire supervision.
