Investigation of the stress concentration of an edge parabolic notch using the functions of a complex variable
The work is devoted to the measurement of stresses. To ensure the strength of the workpiece, the question of what kind of stress state is realized during the operation, and what coefficient of rigidity of the circuit is formed by the main stress components, is important. This article proposes an analytical method for studying the stress concentration in the vicinity of the marginal parabolic notch. The expression of the distribution of the components of the stress tensor in the vicinity of this cavity is obtained.

Non-stationary distribution of temperature stresses in the disk under external induction heating
The work is devoted to the issues of thermal resistance of products. It examines the process of heat transfer during external induction heating of bodies made in the form of a disk. In this case, induction heating is considered as heating by a constant heat flow. The paper analyzes the analytical expression of an axisymmetric temperature field in a solid cylinder. Expressions were also obtained to determine the magnitude of the operating factor and the heating rate of the disk in a regular mode.

Investigation of the combined flanging-forming process
In this article studies a combined flanging-forming method for deforming thin-walled axisymmetric parts of a truncated tapering shape, which allows achieving a uniform wall thickness of the product and reducing the possibility of defects in the form of corrugations and folding. The work shows the scheme of the developed stamp for the implementation of a combined method based on the processes of flanging-forming. The paper uses a comprehensive research method including theoretical analysis and modeling in the Pam-Stamp 2G software product. The influence of the taper angle of the workpiece and the punch, the workpiece and the die, the workpiece and the clamp in the area of the technological allowance on the distribution of the thickness of the part is established. The theoretical analysis of the effect of the coefficient of friction between the workpiece and the punch on the distribution of the wall thickness of the product during molding is based on the classical approach in the theory of plastic deformation of sheet materials, taking into account the minimization of the expression between a given uniform and technologically possible thickness. The article presents computer simulation stages indicating main process parameters such as the workpiece material model, type of elements, kinematic loads, conditions of contact interaction between elements, ets. The initial parameters of the workpiecewere calculated for the dimensions of the manufactured stamp: thickness 0.3 mm, material 12H18N10T, taper angle 17°, lager diameter 45 mm, smaller diameter 20 mm. Process simulation results confirmed theoretical conclusions necessary for the process implementation without part defects.

Finite element study of steel impact ball on aluminum plate D16
Experimental and numerical tests are carried out to determine the impact reaction of a steel ball on an aluminum target D16. A steel ball with a chrome finish is selected, which are perfectly suitable for conducting experiments in Newtonian physics, such as collision, or for use in mass/volume experiments. The tests are carried out at impact speeds from 600...1000 m/sec using a powder accelerator. Numerical models are developed using the explicit finite element method (FEM) by LS-DYNA and confirmed by the results of real tests. A good correspondence is achieved between the experiments and the numerical results. Sensitivity analysis of the parameters is carried out to study the effect of the parameters of the material model on their reaction after impact.

Aspects of modeling production processes within the production system of enterprise
The article is devoted to the issues of digitalization of production and automation of information processing that circulates in production processes. Automation allows you to streamline a large flow of information that comes to a single data processing center from various production units, from external suppliers of raw materials, equipment and materials, as well as from customers of products [1]. The use of a strictly structured system capable of accumulating, systematizing, processing information, as well as managing production processes allows the company's management to save time on production, prevent errors associated with processing a large amount of information, and also carry out strategic planning for the release of new types of products [2].

The paper presents the results of comparative studies of the thermophysical properties of fiberglass and glass-basalt plastics measured by differential scanning calorimetry. The study is aimed at diagnosing the heat transfer process in composite materials based on an epoxy binder and shows the wide possibilities of the DSC method for studying not only kinetic characteristics, but also thermodynamic properties, including thermal conductivity, as well as the possibility of applying these results to optimize the process of heat treatment of composite material.
