Identification of the features of the current state of customs control of goods based on the use of customs monitoring technologies
The article examines the current state of development of customs control of goods based on the use of customs monitoring technologies, namely, the features of the implementation of the experiment on customs monitoring are identified, the mechanism for applying the TKPVT by the state and by the participant in foreign economic activity is determined, the features and intermediate results of the implementation of the experiment on customs monitoring are identified. The relevance of the research topic is due to the fact that in recent years, customs control after the release of goods in the Russian Federation is aimed, first of all, at establishing a balance of public and private interests in the process of customs legal relations by suppressing illegal foreign economic and financial and economic activities among entities, and, as a consequence, reducing the administrative burden on the Federal Customs Service of Russia. Thus, within the framework of the experiment, companies provide the Federal Customs Service of Russia with access to their information resources, which reduces the number of face-to-face inspections and reduces the costs of their support. It is important to note that customs monitoring is an experiment and the participation of business representatives in it is voluntary. The decision to introduce customs monitoring into the TKPVT system of the Federal Customs Service of Russia has not yet been made, and the experiment has been extended until November 1, 2025 as of June 2024. In addition, today the range of organizations that will be able to take advantage of monitoring has been expanded, allowing companies classified by the Federal Customs Service of Russia as low-risk to participate.

The restoration of industry after the end of the Great Patriotic War: the fourth five-year plan, the card system and the socialist competition
The article analyzes approaches to restoring the economy and industry of the USSR after the end of the Great Patriotic War. The author substantiates the thesis that at this time new tools were required, which had to be used by the state so that the population and the country could not only survive in the difficult conditions of the post-war period, but also give impetus to a new stage of development, which in strategic terms would allow the country to maintain its economic independence and ensure its defense capability in the near future. The tasks being solved during that period of time required strengthening of government management and regulation, since resources for solving the tasks, both material and human, were limited. As a result, all the tasks set in the fourth five-year plan were fulfilled, and in some cases even exceeded, but on the one hand, a rationing system was introduced in the country to maintain the standard of living of citizens, and on the other hand, socialist competition developed – a specific system of motivation for labor.
